In the food and beverage manufacturing sector, embracing digital transformation presents challenges and unprecedented opportunities. Cyber-physical systems to monitor, analyze, and control manufacturing operations in real time will enable a holistic approach to data management and process optimization to comply with regulatory standards, demand prediction in the food industry, and consumer expectations. Interconnected ecosystems will facilitate real-time data exchange and enable dynamic decision-making optimizing through the combination of various AI predictive models to address the different challenges, such as reducing downtime and optimizing resource utilization.
