Maxime holds a Master’s degree in Plant-Based Food from Crudo Estudio (Buenos Aires) earned between 2012 and 2015.
With over 10 years of experience, he excels in R&D, design, conceptualization, and the creation of innovative plant-based
cheeses. He co-founded Väcka in 2015. Moreover, he authored the book “Vegan Cheeses
” (Ed. Oberon, 2019)
