Massimiliano Wax

Born in Genoa in 1969, I lived in Brazil among Palmito and cacao fields. After graduating in Philosophy, I worked Central Africa as a cacao buyer (1993-99). I hold a Master’s in Finance, useful for my role as an auditor for the IADB to a cacao project promoted by N. Rizek C. por A. in the DR. I have worked in the DR since 2001, focusing in the development of new farming and processing techniques to unveil the aromatic potential of cacao as an ingredient as opposed to its status as raw material
