PhD in Pharmacy from the Universitat de València (UV) specialized in food science and technology. I have developed my professional career in Bio sector, preferably focused on the area of Food Technology. Since my specialization in cereal post-harvest at the Institute of Agrochemistry and Food Technology (IATA-CSIC), my professional work has always been framed in the field of research and development, both academic and in the industry.
