Isa Beatriz Ingrez

Isa Ingrez is an R&D&I Researcher at Porto-Muiños and an Industrial PhD student in Food Science and Technology, with a background in Chemical and Biological Engineering. Her work focuses on macroalgae biomass valorisation within a biorefinery framework, applying green chemistry and technology principles to design sustainable bioprocesses. Her research targets the development of bio-based ingredients and high value solutions for applications in food, feed, nutraceutical, cosmeceutical and agriculture sectors.
