Food technologist from Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid. R&D&I Researcher in Sensory and Consumer Research at CNTA (La Rioja, Spain). Since early 2023, she has worked in “Consumer and Market” at CTIC CITA. Post-merger with CNTA, she is now a researcher in “Sensory and Consumer Research,” involved in European projects and coordinating national/regional projects.
