Irene González

R&D&I Researcher in Sensory and Consumer Science at CNTA, with a background in Food Science and Technology and specialization in consumer behavior, sensory analysis and market research applied to food innovation. She has extensive experience in European R&I projects, having led WPs in initiatives such as WASTELESS and EPIC-SHIFT, and participated in projects including LIKE-A-PRO, CHORIZO, RE2PACK and SHEALTHY. She is responsible for the MundoSabor consumer platform, bridging applied research, consumer validation, and industry transfer.
