Iain Brownlee

He has worked in gut physiology and nutrition research since 1999. His work has overlapped with health claims in the EU, Singapore and Australia. He is currently involved in research on food assistance schemes, bioactive fibres, and interventions for healthy ageing and sleep quality.
he has collaborated with industry partners throughout his career. He has supervised 7 PhD students, been involved with research worth >€1.5 million and has >50 peer-reviewed publications.
