Diego Lois is NPD Responsible at Stolt Sea Farm, where his work focuses on premium aquaculture products, value-added seafood formats, packaging solutions and by-product valorisation. He holds degrees in Agricultural Engineering and Food Science and Technology from the University of Santiago de Compostela, plus an MSc in Advanced Food Marketing from Newcastle University. With over 20 years’ experience in Spain and the UK, he has developed products across ready meals, food-to-go, pet food and seafood for leading UK and European retailers, and supported SMEs and industry-university food innovation projects at the University of Nottingham
