Alejandro Fernández Moreno

Graduated in Biology from the University of Granada, followed by two master’s degrees. Started at Grupo la Caña as a warehouse worker, later transitioning to the Quality Department, and ultimately joining the Innovation Department in 2020, where he continues to work to this day. Over the years, he has gained experience managing a wide range of projects, including field sensorization and digitalization, food waste reduction, and Industry 4.0 implementations.
