Xana Belastegui

Xana Belastegui has more than 20 years of experience in agri-food biotechnology across public and private sectors, both nationally and internationally. A biologist and PhD in Science, she has led areas including R&D, intellectual property, regulation, product development, and business management. She also works as a strategic consultant for companies in the sector.

She is currently a General Partner at Swanlaab Innvierte Agri Food Tech Fund, where she supports agri-food startups in their validation, scaling, and growth processes.
