Thomas Dietrich holds an Engineering Degree in Biotechnology and has built a solid professional career combining technical expertise with business leadership. With experience working as a Project Manager, he successfully led multidisciplinary teams. Currently, he serves as Director of Food & Health Area at TECNALIA Research & Innovation. He has long-standing experiences in biomass valorisation, food product & ingredient development and bioeconomy concepts. His strengths lie with his strong capability to manage the entire value chain from biomass sourcing, conversion and product development.
