I am an Agricultural Engineer and Oenologist (Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, MSc in Oenology and Viticulture). After gaining international experience in harvests across Chile and California, I have spent the last decade making wines in Castilla-La Mancha, Madrid and Toro, currently at Bodegas Fariña, where I am involved in both winemaking and vineyard decisions. My work bridges the cellar and the field, with a strong focus on understanding how viticultural choices shape the final wine.
