Itziar Tueros

Deputy General Manager at AZTI, combining executive management, applied research and innovation in food, health and marine sciences. She has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex R&D and innovation portfolios in support of strategic decision-making. Her background includes expertise in precision nutrition, omics technologies and the development of healthy food solutions aligned with EU regulatory frameworks. She holds an MBA and is co-founder of the AZTI spin-off Lipiwell.
