Dusan Ristic

Dusan Ristic, MSc, works since 2020 in DIL Food Data research unit. His research focuses on integrated food sustainability, from a system perspective, with particular attention to points within the systems that have the potential to catalyze improvement (e.g. novel processing technologies, novel nutrient sources…). From 2021 he is also doing his PhD studies at BOKU, Vienna, focusing on food processing definition and quantification. He has a background in food technology engineering.
