Specialized in polyphenols and emerging‑resource valorization, Carolina Porcar leads extraction, characterization and analytical development (HPLC‑MS) and bioactivity validation. She guides this research line with strategic vision and coordinates multidisciplinary teams to advance more effective, sustainable and scientifically supported ingredients.
