Technical Advisor in the Department of Institutional Promotion and Territorial Cooperation at the Center for Technological Development and Innovation, is currently responsible for promoting, identifying, and advising on technological innovation projects in the agri-food sector. He holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering, specializing in Agricultural Industries from the University of Madrid (UPM).
