Barry O’Neill

Barry is a Partner at Value Create Ventures, investing in AgriFood and impact startups globally. He leads the GrowNova venture studio, and advises Japanese companies on CVC and startup engagement. Barry is also Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Techstars Tokyo and is the co-creator of “Food Frontiers,” a JETRO-funded acceleration program. With three startups and two exits, Barry brings firsthand entrepreneurial experience to his work.
