Angelica is a results-driven Food Engineer and R&D Innovation professional with 10 years of experience in the food industry. Holding a Master’s in Food Science & Engineering, she has led projects end-to-end — from research and prototype design through to industrial scale-up and commercialisation. She currently leads an R&D team while working transversally across the company, specializing in new product development, formulation optimisation, and trend analysis. Multilingual and internationally minded, her passion for languages makes her a natural collaborator in diverse, global environments.
