Alvar Gràcia

Works as a Senior Researcher in the Circular Economy and Decarbonization business unit of Leitat Technological Center, in the R&D Bio-resources and Agrifood Technologies area, carrying out research projects concerning alternative protein, extrusion and 3D Food Printing technology. He also collaborates as an associate professor in the Autonomous University of Barcelona, in the Animal and Food Science Department. Alvar is a food technologist and holds a PhD in Food Science from UAB.
