Alejandro is a young entrepreneur who, at the age of 18, founded Quevana, a company based in Segovia that innovates in fermentation and aging processes to create spectacular plant-based cheeses using cashew milk instead of cow’s milk.
Quevana’s cheeses are based on four fundamental pillars:

2. Clean label with only three core ingredients (cashews, salt, and ferments)
3. Sustainable production with organic certification
4. Accessible price in price parity with traditional dairy cheeses
Quevana has their own IFS certified factory in Segovia, Spain.
