Technical Agricultural Engineer from the University of Burgos, Degree in Environmental Sciences, specialized with postgraduate studies in Food Quality and Safety from the University of the Basque Country (UPV-EHU). Since 2019 she has been part of Garlan S. Coop as head of the quality department and leading the production, marketing, quality, and innovation of the legumes department.
