Sejal currently leads coproduct revalorization and innovation at the DACSA Group. With over two decades of experience in the agrifood sector, he has previously served as Head of Innovation at companies such as Pascual Innoventures, Nestlé, GB Foods, and Northern Foods. Most recently, he has been with Cardumen Capital, where he has spearheaded several investments in agrifood technology and built an extensive network within the European agrifood ecosystem. Sejal holds a PhD in food systems rheology and a degree in biochemical engineering.
