Sandra Fleischmann

Sandra Fleischmann works at NOI Techpark Bolzano (IT) as a Subject Matter Expert for Optimal Processing & Fermentation in the Food & Health sector. She previously worked as a Quality Manager at Novartis in the pharmaceutical industry. At NOI, she supports innovation and technology transfer projects and, together with her team, contributes to the International Competence Centre on Fermented Foods (ICOFF). She is also responsible for organizing the International Conference on Fermented Foods (ICFF).
