Quality Manager at Grupo Eroski, she has developed her career for more than twenty years in the field of quality and food safety within retail distribution.
In this role, she drives quality and food safety management systems in a highly regulated environment, shaped by sector transformation and growing consumer expectations regarding safety, health, and information.
She holds a degree in Food Science and Technology and a diploma in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the Universidad del País Vasco (UPV/EHU), as well as a Master’s in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
