María José Bengoechea is CTO and founder of Nulab, a startup dedicated to the development of portable devices for determining quality and food safety parameters in the agro-industrial sector. She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oviedo (Asturias), specialising in analytical control of food, where she developed her background for more than 20 years as Head of the Quality Department in a Technology Research Center, providing analytical testing services and technical consultancy for compliance with technical specifications in food companies.
