Judith Viader holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from ESADE and an MBA.

Since 1997, she has led Frit Ravich, driving its transformation, sustainable growth, and brand strengthening. Her leadership style is close and people-focused, promoting innovation and talent development.

She is the President of the Foodservice Cluster and a member of organizations such as AECOC, ACCIÓ, and PIMEC. She has received awards including EY Entrepreneur of the Year and CaixaBank Businesswoman Award.
