Inés Echeverría Goñi is an Agri-Food Industry Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in the development and management of R&D projects. She began her professional career in Quality Control and New Product R&D roles within multinational food companies. From 2016 to 2025, she served as Director of the R&D&i Area at CNTA (National Center for Food Safety and Technology). Since April 2026, she has continued her career at CNTA as Strategic Projects Manager
