Iker García is CEO and founder of AOTECH, a company focused on photonic solutions for industrial digitalisation. He holds a PhD in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of the Basque Country (2017), specialising in fibre optic sensors. He has authored 26 scientific papers and participated in 22 international conferences. After three years working in the food industry equipment sector, he founded AOTECH to apply photonics to process monitoring, efficiency and digital transformation in the food industry.
