After experiences at Panasonic and McKinsey, Hiro Tanaka launched SKS JAPAN in 2017, one of Japan’s leading food innovation summits. In 2023, he founded UnlocX, a Tokyo-based ecosystem builder creating co-creation platforms to reshape the future of food and society. Through UnlocX, he connects startups, corporates, academia, governments, and investors to accelerate new industry creation. He is also a co-author of bestselling books on food tech and serves as an external board member and ecosystem advisor for startups and organizations.
