I am a Chemical Engineer from the Universitat Politècnica de València, with an MSc in Food Biotechnology from the Universitat de València, and over 15 years of experience in applied biotechnology. I lead the Microbiology and Industrial Biotechnology area at AINIA, focusing on the design, development, and scale-up of bioprocesses. My research centres on advanced biotechnological processes, with particular emphasis on alternative microbial proteins and precision fermentation to develop sustainable, high-value solutions for industry.
