Degree in Industrial Chemistry, degree in Food Science and Technology and Master in Innovation and development of business projects, with more than 25 years of experience in the areas of food safety, quality, environment, innovation, R+D and sustainability. He has developed his career in large, small and medium enterprises, in different sectors such as dairy, meat, ready meals or sauces. She is currently Director of R+D and Industrial Manager at Grupo Choví.
