Marc Llort Sarrà

Graduated in Food Science and Technology, I completed a master’s degree in operations management. I have more than 7 years of experience in the food sector and I am currently coordinator of the cured products area and packaging specialist in the R + D + i department. During the last years I have focused my work on reducing our impact on the environment, improving the recyclability of our packaging and applying the concepts of circular economy and ecodesign.
