Saioa Ramos

PhD in Environmental Agrobiology from the University of the Basque Country. With over 15 years of experience in the sustainability of the Food Industry, her work focuses on conducting environmental assessments of food products and processes using Product Environmental Footprint methodology. She is working on various projects to develop multicriteria software tools for the calculation, verification and communication of the environmental footprint of food.
