

Dr Nicolas Issaly is a graduate of the French Institute for higher education & research in Food, Agriculture & the Environment (Montpellier / France), where he obtained his PhD in Microbiology in 2000. Nicolas Issaly has extensive experience in biotechnologies for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and agri-food sectors, developing APIs and functional ingredients from in vitro research, preclinical validation studies in animals and conducting clinical studies in humans to obtain health claims 13.5.
